I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho and Colorado, receiving supervision as I work toward clinical licensure in Idaho. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and the Idaho Counseling Association. I received an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Wyoming. I am passionate about walking with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families on their personal journeys toward growth and change. My theoretical approach is based on an integrated model incorporating attachment theory, relational-cultural theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My goal is to provide support to clients as we do the challenging work of learning how to honor ourselves and make a difference in our corners of the world.
